How many results can I list for each search?

You can normally list up to 100 results. However, if you get Premium Access then you will be able to list up to 500 results.

How can I get Premium Access?

You can click here or Go to the "Get Premium Access" panel on the right and follow the steps detailed there.

Which extra features can I get with Premium Access?
  • List up to 500 retweeters
  • Show 20 users per page

  • Export up to 500 retweeters
Why do I sometimes see some user details empty?

If your connection is slow at a particular moment or if Twitter is overloaded (it usually is) then maybe the timeout expires. If this is the case, you can search again and probably this will fix the issue. Another possible cause is the Twitter API Limit, specifically 150 requests per hour for each IP. Maybe you reached this limit so you have to wait about an hour and try again. For your information, RetweetFollow makes one API request for each Twitter profile in the results and so for each page that you visualize it makes 10 API calls. Nevertheless if RetweetFollow cannot get the user details from Twitter it will show the basic data extracted from Backtweet so you can follow them anyway

I have reached the Twitter API limit, how long do I have to wait?

Normally less than an hour

If I reach my Twitter API limit, is it going to affect the rest of my Twitter applications?

No, it won’t affect those applications which you need to authenticate with Twitter. For example it won’t affect applications like TweetDeck or Hootsuite.com. And it will never affect your ability to tweet from Twitter.com.

I try to log in and I always get this error message: “Something was wrong with the Twitter API, please log in again”

The Twitter API is usually unstable, and sometimes it gets very busy. Wait a few minutes and try again. You can check the Twitter service status at http://status.twitter.com.

¿Does RetweetFollow store my password?

No, never. RetweetFollow uses the authentication protocol OAuth. This protocol takes you to a twitter webpage where you authorize us to use your Twitter account without us knowing your password.
